Distribution: how do print jobs get to your home?
Stackers
After the printing and finishing process, our printing needs to be prepared for further distribution. First, the print jobs are stacked per specified quantity and then each pack is provided with an under-sheet so that the lower copy in a pack won’t be damaged/soiled. Finally, the packages are tied with binding rope.
Palletising machines
After processing in the stackers, packages are automatically stacked on pallets and provided with pallet labels.
Preparing for transport
Foil wrapping
Depending on the type of transport, the pallets will be supplied as follows:
- cardboard pallet edges
- and / or wooden top cover
- Foil wrapping
