Finishing newspapers and magazines
After printing gross rotation folded products, Coldset Printing Partners can offer you a number of finishing options:
Post-fold
The folded newspaper is refolded one more time.
For example, a tabloid newspaper in size 285 x 405 mm is then folded again to the final size 202.5 x 285 mm.
Insert
If required, other printed products (with a maximum of three) can be mechanically inserted into the publication, e.g. commercial folders. inserts
Trimming
After printing, the gross rotation-folded printed product is stitched and then trimmed on three sides.
Collecting with a heatset cover
To achieve an even higher level of finishing, a heatset cover can be provided around the edition, after which it is stitched and trimmed.
Memo stick
It is possible to insert a memo stick on the first page of the publication. More information on this can be found here: http://www.valecom.com/en
